We’re back! On a Monday!!
See, every now and then, the podcast deities smile down on us and give us a plethora of audio recordings. Such was the case last weekend with the hours of recordings we did at OmahaBound. Other podcasts might stretch out the extra audio over multiple weeks, and then take some time off for a well-deserved vacation.
But not us! We know that this audio cannot wait. We want you to hear it NOW! So what are you waiting for? Get your earbuds in and press PLAY to give Episode 118 a listen. This is the second of our two episodes, where John and Jerry interview the following guests at Panel Exploration in Omaha on September 16:
- 0:17:17 – 0:26:12: We speak to writer Cullen Bunn, writer of The Sixth Gun, Harrow County, and the upcoming Monsters Unleashed.
- 0:26:12 – 0:36:06: We sit down with artist David DeMarco, co-owner of the Eisner Award-winning comic book store Legend Comics & Coffee.
- 0:36:06 – 0:44:51: Jerry and John visit inker Bruce McCorkindale, whose work has been published in the pages of Marvel, DC, Image, IDW and Malibu comics.
- 0:44:51 – 0:56:32: We finish this show with an interview with legendary comic creator Phil Hester. Over the years, Phil has worked in all roles in the comic-making process and brought so much insight to the discussions this weekend.
If you happened to miss the podcast on Friday, which featured the first half of the interviews from Panel Exploration, please go give Episode 117 a listen!
We are the Worst. Comic. Podcast. EVER! and we hope you enjoy the show.
